Referred Seller must not currently be in the POP Yachts or POP RVs database as a seller and/or in the POP Yachts or POP RVs database as a potential seller that has previously been contacted by POP Yachts or POP RVs in the past. (Positive verification can be provided.)                                                                                                                                                                         

If referred Seller lists their boat with POP Yachts or RV with POP RVs, Mark Ellefsen, must be listed as the listing agent of record in the POP Yachts database. (Positive verification can be provided. )                                                                             

Boat/RV must be sold by POP Yachts during the time period of Mark Ellefsen's affiliation with POP Yachts and POP RVs.                                                                                                                                                                          

Boats located in the States of California and Florida are not eligible.                                                                        

RV eligibility is limited to states POP RVs is conducting business. POP RVs is currently operating in AK, AL, AR, CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MS, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, and WY.
